Carnifeks is a body-horror solo RPG where you dungeon crawl your way through The Heap, towards what you can only assume is the surface of the world. To survive, you will need to cut off the limbs of your foes, graft them to yourself, and use their combined abilities to make it out alive. Featuring a simple D6 system, four morphologies, 36 enemy/foe types, and 108 limbs to combine and experiment with, this 33 page zine style game is perfect for on-the-go solo role playing.
