You have been cast on the upcoming season of Celebrity Rat Trap, where 12 washed up D-level stars live together under 1 roof, endure 24-hour surveillance, and perform humiliating challenges to compete for a $500,000 grand prize (and 30 minutes of rekindled fame). Every other person competing against you is either younger, prettier, wealthier, or more popular online. Winning is unlikely, but going home is unthinkable. No one knows who you are, but maybe that could be to your advantage- this is your opportunity to reinvent yourself for the public. To walk on-stage as someone worth watching. Celebrity Rat Trap is a solo journaling RPG inspired by competitive reality shows and explores the equally tragic and comedic themes of desperation, celebrity, tabloid scandals, and the hollow pursuit of fame. This game uses a 6 sided die, pencil & paper, and whatever medium works best for journaling your experience in the game, (A word document, a blog, webcam, notebook, etc.)
