An Artifact Creation Game

Unspeakable Gate is a solo TTRPG in which you take on the role of an artist building a mysterious Gate and becoming more and more absorbed in the reality that lies on its other side. 

As you play this game, you will build your own Gate out of clay, and when the game finishes, you can even keep your Gate as an artifact or a mini to use in your other tabletop games.

The game contains step by step instructions and the appendices contain information about tools and materials, as well as an inexpensive playdough recipe so you can find the medium that works best for you. Even if you've never sculpted anything out of any kind of clay before, there's support in this game to help you build something spectacular!

You Will Need

• Some way to track your Grip and Progress
• A 6-sided die
• Some manner of clay

Lose your Grip

Unspeakable Gate is an eldritch horror game about a realm far removed by this one and the surreal experiences, real or imagined, that lead the artist to lose their grip on reality in exchange for renewed focus on the world beyond the Gate.

This is not, it should be noted, a "sanity" mechanic. Grip does not measure mental illness. Instead, it measures a link to the unspeakable nightmare realm of the Gate, which comes alongside progress on a statue that may be the artist's greatest creation.
